What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Class and course tickets are NON REFUNDABLE
All notices must be given via EMAIL. We do not accept texts, insta comments, garbled phone messages, or courier pigeons.
Please note, for the sake of fairness, we apply these rules strictly and with no exceptions
One-off classes.
Weekday classes (Monday-Thursday)
48 hours prior to your class
You may reschedule your class 48 hours before a weekday class. You may reschedule your class once only. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL. An additional week is required for groups of 4+. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL.
Within 48 hours of your class, up to 4 hours before your class.
Within the 48 hour window, we recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness, where we may be able to issue a 50% rebooking code. This will allow you to rebook with a 50% discount on another class. This is at the discretion of management. This can be issued for up to 3 people. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL.
Within 4 hours of your class.
Thank you for respecting our clients who missed out on a space in your class, and honouring our strict 4-hour reschedule policy. No exceptions. No refunds. No class credits. Thank you.
You may transfer your booking to another person, if you're not able to make it at the last minute. Just let us know on the door.

72 hours prior to your class
You may reschedule your class 72 hours before a weekend class. You may reschedule your class once only. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL. An additional week is required for groups of 4+. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL.
Within 72 hours of your class, up to 12 hours before your class.

Rescheduling your entire course
72 hours prior to your courses commencement date
You may reschedule your class 72 hours before. You may reschedule your class once only. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL. An additional week is required for groups of 4+. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL.
Missing a class
We do not offer make up classes if you miss a class. You must be able to attend ALL class dates listed. No exceptions. No refunds. No class credits. You may book into an Open Studio session, at your own cost. Let us know via email and we can assist you in booking this, if required.
Private classes
One week prior to your class
You may reschedule your class one week before your class. You may reschedule your class once only. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL. Notice must be given before this timeframe via EMAIL.
Less than one week prior to your class
We cannot offer refunds for students who are not able to attend the class.
Please note that your deposit if non-refundable.
Mastercourses
As we’re incurring high costs to run these courses, our cancellation/rescheduling policy will be different than our other regular classes. As such, we do need to know exact numbers beforehand. If for whatever reason you can’t attend, we do need to know 90 days in advance of the course start date. After which, the payments are non refundable.
