Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Pottery and Pints

We understand that things might come up and you may not be able to attend your booking. Please see the options below as to what we can offer based on when you let us know:

• 14+ days notice - We can offer a full refund or credit, or reschedule your booking
• 7-14 days notice - We can offer a 50% refund or credit, or reschedule your booking
• 2-7 days notice - We can reschedule your booking but can no longer offer a refund or credit
• Within 48 hours of your booking - We can no longer offer a refund, credit or reschedule. You can send someone else in your place to ensure your booking still gets used.

No shows on the day are non-refundable.

Private Group Bookings/events

You can change final numbers up to 24 hours before your event, as long as they stay within the minimum numbers. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we can adjust and reissue the invoice and/or refund any cancellations. No shows non the day are non-refundable.

Weekly workshops

Unused classes will not be carried over to the next term. Please choose your package carefully

6 week all Inclusive workshops

There are no available catchup classes. This course is non refundable. Please discuss with Rachelle
